Employer Branding Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies
- Create engaging content for careers pages and talent campaigns
- Plan and manage employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms
- Collaborate closely with HR, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging
- Measure and analyze the impact of employer branding initiatives and optimize them continuously
- Support talent acquisition with creative initiatives to improve candidate experience and engagement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong content creation skills (written and visual) with an eye for storytelling
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and branding strategies
- Proactive mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently
- Experience with employer branding tools, career platforms, and analytics is an advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
