- Support HR, Finance, and Sales teams with documentation and coordination tasks
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and organization across all platforms
- Help streamline internal workflows and improve administrative efficiency
- Act as the first point of contact for internal administrative requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in administration, office management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
- A proactive, service-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
