You only pay if at least three qualified candidates apply to your open job within 25 days. Each candidate must meet the must-have criteria you define.
You define the job must-haves: You are completely free in setting these, with a minimum of three and a maximum of five must-haves.
Full refund: If fewer than three qualified candidates apply within 25 days of your job posting going live, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked.
You can either request your refund or choose to reallocate the unused budget to another open position within 60 days of the initial purchase date.

The Starter Package begins at $1,500 as a one-time payment. For more job positions at a lower cost per posting, you can choose the Medium or Premium plan. All jobs can go live at the same time or on different dates. There’s no expiration. Use Candidate Booster whenever you need it.
How does billing work?
Plans are charged per job, not per account. You will only be charged once for each plan. You will only be charged if three qualified candidates apply within 25 days. There are no ongoing fees.
