Do I need to review or approve recruiting content?

No. You don’t need to prepare, review, or approve any content.

We extract all necessary information from your job ad and create target-group-specific content (videos, image stories, texts, etc.) to optimally reach your professionals.

How many applications will I receive?

1. The goal is at least three qualified applications within 25 days. If this goal is not met, you pay nothing.

2. If you receive more than three qualified applications within 25 days, there are NO additional costs for you.

What happens to unsuitable applications?

1. Unsuitable applications are free and unlimited within 25 days. On request, you can also view applications that don’t fully meet your must-have criteria.

2. This does not change the model: you only pay if you receive qualified applications within 25 days.
