1. Scope & UseBy accessing and using this website/platform, you agree to these Terms. Use is permitted solely for lawful purposes.
Misuse (e.g. bots/scraping without permission, unlawful or misleading use) is prohibited.
Candidate Booster may block or restrict access if misuse is suspected.
2. Nature of ServicesCandidate Booster is a digital self-service platform for publishing job advertisements and receiving applications.
Candidate Booster is not a recruiting agency, employment agency, temporary staffing agency, or PEO, and is not a party to the employment relationship between the customer and the candidate.
Hiring decisions and employment contracts are made exclusively between the customer and the candidate.
3. Content & Customer ObligationsCustomers are responsible for all content and information provided in job postings and must comply with applicable laws (in particular equal treatment, labor law, and data protection).
Unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content is prohibited.
Candidate Booster may block or remove content at its discretion.
4. Prices & PaymentThe prices displayed at the time of purchase apply (currency may be USD / EUR or others).
There are no hidden fees beyond the displayed prices.
In the event of late payment, Candidate Booster may suspend services.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension; any costs incurred may be offset.
5. Guarantee & ApplicationsAll packages include unlimited applications.You only pay if at least three qualified applications for a position are received within 25 days from launch.
“Qualified” means that the candidate meets the customer-defined mandatory criteria (up to three).
Only complete and genuine applications count as applications.
Spam, duplicates (e.g. multiple submissions by the same person), or incomplete submissions are not considered.“Launch” means the point in time at which the job advertisement is published/activated by Candidate Booster within its network.
6. Refund / TransferIf fewer than three qualified applications are received within 25 days from launch, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
The refund must be requested in writing (e.g. by email) within 14 days after the end of the 25-day period.
Alternatively, the amount may be transferred to another position within 60 days from the purchase date.
Refunds may be excluded if the customer materially pauses/deactivates the campaign, materially changes mandatory criteria, or demonstrably sabotages the process.

7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the website/platform is protected by copyright.
Use is permitted only for its intended purpose.
Commercial reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
8. Third Parties / External LinksOur website/platform may contain links to or services from third parties (e.g. social media, payment providers, analytics tools, etc.).
Candidate Booster assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of such third parties.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. AvailabilityWe strive to ensure high availability of the website/platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (e.g. due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues).
10. Data ProtectionThe processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. LiabilityUse of the website/platform is at your own risk.
Candidate Booster is liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Liability for loss of profit and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
12. ChangesCandidate Booster may update the website, its features, and these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
13. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
The place of jurisdiction is Vancouver, British Columbia.
