Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored Candidate Booster solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, recruiting and support teams to ensure client success
- Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
